Seward

Alaska Tour Division - Rail Services - Seward

At the head of Resurrection Bay on the Kenai Peninsula, and only 126 road miles from Anchorage, Seward is a popular visitor destination, especially in the summer months. A wide variety of outdoor activities such as fishing, glacier and wildlife cruises, sailing, hiking, kayaking, flight seeing, summer dog sled rides and more draw Alaskans and “Outsiders” alike to this harbor town. With the exception of Princess Cruises, Seward is the Anchorage port of call for the cruise ships that travel the Inside Passage throughout the summer.
