2022 Employment Incentives
After the long winter break, we know you are itching for a new adventure, so we've created special incentives for everybody who joins our team this summer.
We'll book and pay for your air travel to and from Alaska or Canada and you can repay the costs via payroll deductions.
A Free Month of Rent
We're offering a 100% rebate on your first month's rent in HAP-sponsored housing upon successful completion of your employment agreement.
If you choose to rent independently or with co-workers, we'll provide the equivalent HAP rebate as a credit.
We promise to schedule you for at least 40 work hours per week. Plus, if we can't operate this season, we'll pay you $1,000 for the unexpected disappointment.
A Free Cruise
You’ll earn a FREE CRUISE* (offered at most locations) on Holland America Line or Princess Cruises after successfully completing your seasonal contract of 400 hours or more (*port taxes, fees and crew gratuities not included). You’ll also receive generous travel privileges & excursions while you work in Alaska.
