From greeting visitors to helping with a wide variety of tour details, you will play a key role in sharing the beauty of Alaska and the Yukon with travelers from around the world.

Required Skills & Qualifications
The primary skills required for our Alaska or Yukon guest service jobs are exceptional people skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. You also need to be organized, practice good time management skills, and maintain a respectful and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers at all times. We also expect you to be passionate about traveling in Alaska and the Yukon, with a desire to learn more about the history and landscape of the region.
If you enjoy meeting new people and accommodating their needs, we can train you on all the details related to ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Some positions may also require basic computer skills. All applicants for driving positions must have a clean driving record.
Other requirements include:
- State or Federal laws may impose a minimum age requirement on certain positions.
- You must be able to lift baggage weighing up to 55 pounds.
- You must be able to attend all required training sessions.
