The administration department within our Transportation division is a tight-knit team that helps the entire division run smoothly. As a part of this team, you will interact with and support the division as a whole, including year-round staff, seasonal employees, and vendors. You’ll work in a friendly and lively office with a wide range of colleagues, learning about the different parts of our operations across Alaska and the Yukon. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
All of the employees in our office and administration department will receive training on their job duties, though prior office/accounting experience is preferred. The applicant should enjoy working in a team environment and be comfortable with multi-tasking.
Other requirements include:
- A Baggage Claims Specialist must be able to lift baggage weighing up to 55 pounds
- You must be able to attend all required training sessions
