I started my work in May 2009 at a seasonal position in the Gift shop. I was then hired as a full time employee all year round and I love it.

Being in retail for the last 20 years- I love this job in this small, but busy, Gift shop. We are usually really busy from May to August and then again from November to about March. Working in a hotel Gift Shop is a lot of fun and lots of work. You come in contact with people from every nation and they all have lots of questions. Needless to say, customer service is our number one priority. After all; if they are not happy and neither are we.
Besides stocking our shelves, keeping the store neat and working the Espresso, which is part of the gift shop, every day brings something new due to the variety of guests we have. This keeps the job interesting. All in all, I don’t see myself going anywhere. I love the people I work with, I love the best manager in the world and I love working here.
