Rolin – Assistant Maintenance Manager

Hello, my name is Rolin . I have been an employee since March 1st of 2000. I wanted a summer job in Alaska and I wanted to work at the “best” Lodge in Fairbanks. The Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge fit’s that requirement .
The reason I stay with Princess is simple. I enjoy having an Alaska summer outdoor job. My fellow employees are a big reason I like my job.

I will give you a little background on myself. After 20 plus years in the insurance field I needed a change. My next door neighbor gave me that chance. He was the Maintenance manager for the Lodge here in Fairbanks. He hired me with no maintenance experience full time. Princess trained me on the job. To make a long story short I worked my way up to the Assistant Maintenance Manager.
