Chef, Sous (seasonal) — Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge (Fairbanks, AK)
- Coordinates all food production with Chef to ensure highest standard of food.
- Maintains safety and health standards.
- Supervises dishwashers, prep and line cooks.
- Assumes Chef's duties when absent.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certified training.
- 3 years of experience in food preparations.
- Supervisory experience and prior work experience in a full service kitchen for large restaurant preferred.
- Employee housing is not available at this location.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
