Our operation is nestled between wooden boardwalks and historic Gold Rush buildings. This colorful community provides a unique experience for not only our guests but our team as well. We developed and operate a variety of excursions in Dawson City that entice our guests to experience this unique location. Whether you’re a Guest Sales and Service Host or Driver/Guide we have a position for you on our team for the summer season.

Number of Employees
We are a small group of approximately 8 employees that operate the transportation and Guest Services team.
Housing
Employee housing is limited and very expensive. We offer shared, subsidized housing on a first come, first serve basis. Housing can be very difficult to find on your own and there are very limited internet resources where local people list their housing. We also have contacts at a local RV park if you own a RV and want to live in that for the season – typical monthly rates are $800+ for full-hook ups.

Typical Season

Our training will begin in mid-May and the season will typically end around September 10. We look for candidates that are available until the end of the season.

Out of Country Applicants

If you are not a Canadian Citizen, you must first obtain a working VISA before you apply for a Canadian position regardless of what country you currently reside. There are many different agencies that you can contact.

Getting Around

Dawson City is a small town and everything around town is easily accessible by foot. Many locals also rely on their bikes to get around town.

Types of Jobs

All of our full-time jobs are 5 days a week – 8 hours a day – we also try to give you 2 days off in a row so that you can enjoy your time in Dawson – although due to unforeseen circumstances this isn’t a guarantee (but we do try real, real hard to do this for you). Our busiest times of the day are in the morning when all of our guests depart or are taking local tours and in the early evening/late afternoon when our guests return from their tours or arrive in town. Transportation to Dawson

You are responsible for your own costs of getting to and from Whitehorse at the beginning and end of the season. We will get you to and from Dawson City. There are 3 major airlines that fly into Whitehorse: www.aircanada.com, www.westjet.com and www.flyairnorth.ca.
