Working a job on our train within our Transportation division is an unforgettable experience; your shift may begin in the coastal town of Whittier, Alaska and end near Denali National Park. All team members contribute to our guests’ unique travel adventure in Alaska. Your workspace is an ultra glass-railcar, offering a 360-degree view of Alaska’s beautiful landscape.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The primary skills required for our Alaska rail jobs are a positive attitude and an interest in learning. You also need to be able to work well with others, practice good time management skills, and be respectful toward guests and coworkers. Bring your passion and positive attitude to help us deliver a first-class guest experience.
The requirements for a job on the Rail in Alaska depend on the position applied for when it comes to age and experience. Bartenders and rail guides, must be at least 21 years of age. All other positions must be 18 or older.
Everyone on the train must have or the ability to obtain an Alaska Food Handlers card before the season begins.
